Drop-Arm Fabric Awnings

Drop Arm awnings are an ideal solution for shading exposed windows particularly second storey windows that are difficult to access from outside. Arms that pivot from the retracted position through to 160° provide various shading positions. An optional weather box provides the retracted awnings with long lasting protection from the elements. Our range of Drop Arm awnings includes:

Cord and Reel – This awning has the option of standard cord and reel operation or a crank tape coiler for internal and/or second storey operation. Available with standard 19x19 arms or with optional spring-loaded arms to tension the fabric. Available fabrics - mesh, privacy mesh and acrylic or canvas. 

Double Arm Cord and Reel – This awning is ideal for casement windows as the extra (double) arm horizontally projects the fabric over the top of the open window before dropping down the front to provide sun protection. Control options are - standard cord and reel operation or a crank tape coiler for internal and/or second storey operation. Available fabrics - mesh, privacy mesh and acrylic or canvas. 

Pivot Arm – This affordable Drop Arm awning comes standard with crank operation, 5 sided tube and spring-loaded pivot arms to tension the fabric. Somfy motorisation with sun and/or wind sensors is an option for the discerning customer. Available fabrics - mesh, privacy mesh and acrylic or canvas.
